PRICE ESTIMATES for private events

PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY BOOKING MUST MEET A MINIMUM CHARGE OF $1500.

BREAKDOWN OF PRICES ARE AS FOLLOWED:

BASE CHARGE - $300/hr (for a minimum of 2 hours)

This is charged for all bookings. Basic Truck Rental with 1-2 personnel for set-up and break-down. Ideal for custom bed usage.

INCLUDES

  • Empty floral boxes

  • Water cans

  • Canopy lights

DOES NOT INCLUDE

  • Flowers

  • Bar set-up (fridge, sink, ice chest, tea shelf)

  • Tea or Coffee beverages

  • Decor furniture such as small table or chairs

ADD-ON CHARGES

    • To assist in estimating, 20-30 bouquets is approximately $600. This will fill up one long side of the truck.

    • Includes bouquet cutting and wrapping.

    • Prices vary on flower availability.

    • $10/person for 12 oz. Ippodo Ikuyo Matcha, Hojicha , or espresso drinks

    • $12/person for 16 oz. Ippodo Ikuyo Matcha, Hojicha , or espresso drinks

    • All drinks come with 2 options of milk (whole, oat, or almond)

    • Custom menu will include up to 3 specialty drink recipes

    • High quality compostible clear cups included

    • $23/person for 12 oz. Ippodo Ikuyo Matcha, Hojicha or espresso drinks

    • $25/person for 16 oz. Ippodo Ikuyo Matcha, Hojicha or espresso drinks

    • All drinks come with 2 options of milk (whole, oat, or almond)

    • Custom menu will include up to 3 specialty drink recipes

    • High quality compostible clear cups included

    • $150 (serves up to 100 people)

    • Tea bags and black coffee with assorted condiments

    • Compostible cups included

GRATUITY & ADDITIONAL SERVICE CHARGES

18% Gratuity will be charged for drink services and flower services in the add-on charges above.

Additional service charges may also be applied for events greater than 150 people.
