Pua was founded in 2019. She was nurtured by two amazing previous owners who brought Pua to her spotlight as O’ahu’s first premiere flower truck. By offering an assortment of floral pickings, Pua offered a creative space for all patrons to create their own DIY custom bouquets. The inspiration of this idea comes from uplifting everyone’s individual personality and making floral arrangment widely available to the public. In 2024 my wife, Jolene, became Pua’s new mother. Our plan has not changed. We will uphold Pua’s legacy of her previous mothers and imua.

To add our own identity to Pua, Jolene created the menu for Pua’s Matcha and Coffee bar! She was inspired by her younger sister, Ailene, whom introduced her to matcha. Together, Jolene and Ailene created Pua’s most famous drink - the strawberry matcha latte. Since then, Jolene used her experience in the food industry as a baker, custom patissier, cook, and barista to create more beautiful flavor medleys.
